"Room was generally clean, but mugs were changed on one of the days. There was a very strong smell of smoke on the last night of stay, when we had to get up 4:30 to catch a flight, it was disturbing…but I understood if other hotel guests choose to smoke in a non smoke room, the hotel has limited things to do at the time. "

"My stay at the Ritz Carlton Nanjing was very nice. The staff was friendly and the amenities were nice. There was some wear and tear in my hotel suite which was kinda surprising to me. I would think they would replace or fix the furniture in the rooms that were worn. My room was nicely decorated for my birthday with a small cake and rose petals. There was also a nicely written card. The food and drinks in the Executive Lounge were deliciously. Especially the lamb chops that were freshly prepared. My main disappointment was not being able to have breakfast in the main dining area due to it being full and I had to go have breakfast in the Executive Lounge where the breakfast items are very limited. "

"Well the hotel was nice but uncontrolled people who smoke in the buyeven there’s no smoking everywhere. Elevator not enough to handle the crowd. I was there when there was a party at the restaurant elevator too small and couldn’t accommodate so many people. And people were smoking everywhere. Not a smoke free place"
