"As advertised, this place had everything we needed. From a well stocked kitchen through great location for the beach. We stayed a week after Labor Day and had a calm, relaxing vacation. Loved sitting outside with the marsh right there, with bird watching and excellent sun sets. Jill was easy to reach when needed. We are repeat renters of this property, and we'll be back."

"Great location in the charming town of Cape Porpoise. Easy walk to grocery stores and restaurants. Enjoyed Kayaking and Paddle Boarding right off the back deck during high tide. Kayaks provided. Great area for biking."

"The cottage is well maintained and cozy as described. We enjoyed the outdoor pool and the clubhouse. It is a friendly community and the people we met were welcoming and helpful. Goose Rocks beach is lovely and a five-minute drive away. The only drawback is the lack of inexpensive parking at the beach. Cape Porpoise is close by. We found it convenient for food shopping and seafood. The host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We expect to be back."
"Exceptionnel cabins, great restaurant, quiet comfortable luxury. Was disappointed by the very high amour of packaging with their food served in plastic containers if you eat by the pool and for all in room dining meals, which is truly excessive and sad to see. I also wish there was a more attractive spa services with steam bath, hot and cold plunge. "
