"My wife and I had a fantastic time staying in Sean's cottage. The word cozy was used many times over the four day stay. Everything was exactly as described and Sean communicated promptly. The view was amazing watching the deer and turkeys and various waterfowl. The viewing highlight was a family of four river otters who decided to play in the creek right outside the window! It was even fun using the charcoal grill brought back childhood memories. If you are looking for a quiet cozy place to get away from all the chaos of life I would highly recommend this rental. "

"The cottage is well maintained and cozy as described. We enjoyed the outdoor pool and the clubhouse. It is a friendly community and the people we met were welcoming and helpful. Goose Rocks beach is lovely and a five-minute drive away. The only drawback is the lack of inexpensive parking at the beach. Cape Porpoise is close by. We found it convenient for food shopping and seafood. The host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We expect to be back."
