"Overall, and especially for the town, this is a great place to stay! The staff was very friendly, attentive to requests and restocking amenities, etc. The hotel has been remodeled and is very nice. I love the high ceilings, fans and overhead lights in rooms, and style. Some of the improvements may have been done improperly (i.e. a handrail fell out of the wall when used and was only attached in sheetrock with a screw) but nothing that effected us greatly. I did miss the more modern amenities of an ice machine, coffee machine in rooms, etc (there was a home model ice maker & Keurig for the full floor) but for a weekend stay, it was fine. "

"My initial room had several issues and the staff moved me to a different room. The room i was moved to was great. Annette, the front desk clerk, was helping and made sure that I got what I needed. "

"Food and God only knows what else caked on the bed spreads. Cockroaches came home in our luggage!!!!!! We left a day early. Heard a guy come in the lobby and ask new linens for the bed because there was URINE on his!!!! The manager acted as though the man wad making it up!! There weren’t even phones in the rooms to call the front desk or 911 if the cockroaches overtook us!!! Absolutely DISGUSTING place!!!!"

"Room needed more cleaning, room felt hot, breakfast was fine, except the weird pancakes, loved the costa rican coffee. Parking was good as well. "
