  • A haven for a weekend with friends or family holidays with 4 beautiful bedrooms that can accommodate up to 10 beds and 2 cots, a living room/TV office with a sofa bed, a very large living room with a 60m2 living room with fireplace and a superb kitchen. You can enjoy a large terrace with garden furniture, outdoor tables, plancha, bowling green, table tennis. The house is located in the Pays d'Auge, 300m from the D'houlgate golf course, a magnificent 18-hole golf course and 2km from the beach. In the surrounding area you can enjoy the pleasures of the Côte Fleurie, Cabourg, Deauville, Trouville, but also Caen and the beaches of Normandy.
