"Everything is great. The only problem: There are 2 hotels with the same name, Odalys, and they are about 500 meters apart. I went to the wrong one. Parking is a little tricky if you arrive at night because it is difficult to know and see where the paid parking lots are. Once you are there, it is a GREAT place to stay."

The card key and knob took getting used to. A card reader to enter from the garage was added our second day and it never worked.The towels were very thin. My room was noisy. I could hear toilets flush and water running. My companion’s room was quiet. Paper towels were requested but not received. No instructions on how to use...

"We stayed at the Kyriad to be near family in Dives-sur-Mer. I was excited by all the facilities on offer at this hotel (check opening times). The studio room was well equipped with fridge, microwave and for a fee of 10€, a sink with hob. We both slept well in the temperature controlled room. I enjoyed the waterfall shower. Note: To operate push the ring upwards. With close proximity to Lidl(for shopping), Dive, Cabourg for entertainment. Overall a great place to stay. "

"The complex is perfectly situated and is an easy walk to Deauville and Trouville-sur-Mer and the restaurants of both. The decor of the property exterior was looking a little tired but contractors were on site and repainting those areas. The staff were helpful and pleasant. The pool is heated and both inside and outside aspects allowed swimming throughout our stay. Definitely a venue we will visit again as the area has everything."

"The property was clean and well furnished in modern style. However, the welcome we received was very unfortunate. There was no key box so we had to be met personally. The appointed meeting hour was brought forward by the property manager and when we were delayed by twenty minutes because of unforeseen traffic, she threatened to make us wait until the evening.
