๐ Charming cottage in Honfleur
La Petite Chaumiรจre is ideally located 3 km from Honfleur, close to all that is famous for this region of Normandy. Honfleur and its old port, Deauville, Trouville and its beaches, the surrounding countryside, gastronomy etc. The house is located in the heart of a property of 4 hectares, largely composed of a hilly meadow occupied by our two horses. Kids usually love to meet them with some apples or carrots to make friends. The house is located away from the small roads nearby, at the end of a tarmac road without exit, and there is no traffic noise, which allows you to enjoy the sounds of nature. It is likely that you will be awakened in the morning by the birds singing. The main advantage of our cottage is the quality of the immediate environment, with the view of an orchard and a meadow or it is not uncommon to see some deer early morning or evening at sunset .
We have two other cottages on the same property, which you can easily find by doing the search "legrandpressoir".

On s'attendait ร une grande intimitรฉ, nous nous sommes hรฉlas retrouvรฉs au milieu de 2 autres gรฎtes et de la maison des propriรฉtaires.
La chaumiรจre est joliment dรฉcorรฉe et confortable, mais la rรฉnovation est brinquebalante et pas au niveau de prestation souhaitรฉ.
On sent la location trรจs touristique car pas de "confort" laissรฉ par les prรฉcรฉdents locataires.
Pas d'accueil pour nous
et surtout pas de clรฉs, la maison ne ferme pas.

Ein Ferienhaus zum Entspannen, wรคren doch die Auรentรผren mit Schloร und Schlรผssel versehen! Sehr freundliche, angenehme Vermieter, die uns gerne Hinweise zu Ausflรผgen und Besonderheiten gaben, uns aber ansonsten ungestรถrt den Urlaub genieรen lieรen.
Leider wohnten auch irgendwelche Tiere unterm Dach und waren dort sehr nachtaktiv.
Das Ferienhaus lieร ansonsten keine Wรผnsche offen. Die Ausstattung ist stilvoll. Wir haben nichts vermiรt!

Vraiment un gite trรจs agrรฉable, cosy, refait ร neuf par le propriรฉtaire architecte, pas trรจs grand mais trรจs bien agencรฉ, tout propre et bien รฉquipรฉ. On se sent ร la campagne, trรจs bon accueil souriant , le propriรฉtaire vous emmรจne chercher du bois pour faire le feu et donner des carottes aux chevaux, on fait tout de suite la coupure ! En plus, c'est ร 5 mn en voiture de Honfleur, un vrai bonheur, on reviendra c'est sรปr !

Nous avons passรฉ un sรฉjour trรจs agrรฉable avec nos petites filles. Le gรฎte correspondait ร nos attentes, trรจs bien entretenu et situรฉ idรฉalement dans un cadre reposant. Le propriรฉtaire, trรจs disponible et sympathique, nous a proposรฉ de l'accompagner pour voir ses chevaux et ramasser du bois qui nous a servi pour le poรชle ร bois dans le gรฎte, nos petites filles รฉtaient ravies. Nous recommanderions cette location ร des amis qui souhaiteraient sรฉjourner dans cette trรจs jolie rรฉgion. Adresse ร retenir !

Beautiful gite close to Honfleur
Newly refurbished gite has all the amenities and is a very comfortable home base for touring Normandy. There are many good restaurants in nearby Honfleur.
