"Breakfast was a bit disappointing, minimal fare, but included. Property has very small units to save space and charge less. For the money it was very clean , large bathroom and able to open door to small balcony for fresh air which was a nice amenity. Would stay here again. Eat breakfast out likely. Really nice bakery in next block."

"The property was lovely but for a couple it was kid central so didn’t use the pool other than one afternoon because it was so busy. Housekeeping asked if we wanted sheets and towels changed, which we said we were ok but still could have made the bed, replaced coffee and water, picked up the washcloth in the shower etc. just little tidy up is nice. Staff were lovely !! The lobby lounge has good snacks and wine. Not always easy to find in Taiwan. Our private hot spring onsen was amazing !!"

The hotel’s hot pools, Red Lantern roast duck set meal, and rooms are a highlight, and the there are plenty of activities for kids. The hotel is located next to a large mall with a Carrefour in the bottom for any shopping needs. Highly recommend."

"Room amenities were good, housekeeping excellent. Reservation did not include breakfast. Overall staff were helpful. Location is great for getting on the MRT Blue Line without going outside. Plenty of food options in the mall beneath the hotel on the route to MRT. Early morning coffee available at Starbucks in the mall. Taxi and Uber pick up outside from the sidewalk. Entry to hotel is via small lobby near bus terminal, check-in lobby is on 7th floor."

Mr. Peterson helped with everything, Mr. Rio/ Leo was very helpful with World Cup updates and Ms Winnie was a champion of the activity room! Great stay with great staff! A credit to the leadership of the hotel!"
