Very basic but okay

Room was very basic and quite small. It felt very cold and the walls are very thin. There was black mould on some of the bathroom tiles and the sink had a crack in it. More of a motel than a hotel. Restaurant had very limited choice on the menu. Breakfast tables rarely made up. No hot food. Wifi was very good. Staff were friendly and plenty of parking outside. Not the best place I have stayed in but relatively cheap.

Ce que j'ai trouvé unique, c'est la vétusté je n'ai jamais de ma vie, vu un hébergement dans un état pareil, odeur de pied ou de moquette vieillotte dès notre entrée, lavabo complètement d'époque de la construction complètement fendue en etoile, le carrelage au dessus de la baignoire sensé être blanc étaient jaune je ne sais pas si c'est l'usure ou la crasse.... Enfin un cauchemar à 64 €, je dors dans des hôtel du même tarifs comme Ace ou première classe ou ibis budget jamais j'ai vu un truc aussi dégueulasse.

Je pensais l’hôtel climatisé . Même si il existe un panneau de commande . La Clim ne fonctionne plus visiblement . Tout juste est il possible d’avoir de la ventilation avec et encore ….. dommage il faisait chaud.

La personne qui nous a accueilli n’avait pas le sens de l’hospitalité ni être cordial. La chambre avait du moisi sur les joints. Il y avait une fuite au niveau du mitigeur d’eau de la douche, la lumière n’était pas assez forte et on nous avait dit qu’il y avait de la clim alors que c’était juste une soufflerie, le Kyriad de Gonfreville est une catastrophe

Hôtel correct avec petit déjeuner excellent - de tout et de vrais croissants etc. La bonne surprise du matin. Et pour le soir de l’arrivée des tables dehors pour manger des sandwichs achetés tout près à pied.

Confort basique ,chambre non insonorisée

Malgré les indications sur le site comme quoi la chambre serai t insonoriser ce n'est pas le cas, j'entendais mes voisins du dessus en plein et bas lit qui grince et qui tape sur le sol et Madame qui s'exprimer librement. Je suis arrivé à 20h et reparti à 22h15. j'ai rendu ma carte à l'accueil et j'ai dû aller dormir ailleurs. Aucun remboursement ni dédommagement ne m'a été proposé.

L’après-midi, j’ai été accueilli par un monsieur très gentil (souvent en astreinte), également très professionnel. Malheureusement, le lendemain matin, c’était une autre équipe à la réception… et une autre ambiance. Trois personnes présentes, un monsieur et deux dames, aucune ne semblait vraiment concernée par les clients. Au petit-déjeuner, j’ai demandé du pain complet (il était à peine 8h30), on m’a simplement dit qu’il n’y en aurait pas — puis ils se sont mis à rigoler entre eux. J’étais assis juste à côté, et j’ai entendu malgré moi toutes leurs conversations : ragots, histoires internes, critiques… Je connais désormais la vie de tout le monde sans l’avoir demandé. C’est gênant, déplacé et peu professionnel. Le contraste entre l’accueil du soir/fin de journée et celui du matin est frappant. On a vraiment l’impression d’avoir affaire à deux réceptions différentes, avec deux états d’esprit totalement opposés.
