"We loved this hotel! The location is very convenient and within walking distance to many points of interest, shopping, eateries, etc. The bed was comfy and shower great. Each floor has its own scent and theme which were a nice touch. We stayed on the pepper floor. As Americans, we also appreciated the concierge walking us to our room to show us how to use their air conditioning system to make sure we were completely comfortable. "

"Even though we where supposed to be a VIP customer, we received a room with a small window facing a construction a few feet away. After I asked for another room they put me on a "waiting list" shortly after I got a call that they might have a front room but there would be an additional charge of 90Euro a day. After I talked to a manager, they reduced the surcharge to 50Euro a day. We took the room which was very nice and had a great view."

"It was a little confusing to find the apartment and I feared that it would be really loud because it was in the heart of everything ~ once inside, it was gorgeous, well appointed, and the location was ideal with a phenomenal view of the river and bridges. "This hotel is beautiful inside, very clean, and with a great location. We walked to all tourist attractions during our two days stay, and there were multiple good restaurants within walking distance too. Inside the hotel there are water bottle refill stations available. Also, coffee and snacks vending machines in the main lobby near the elevators. It was also very easy to request an Uber to the airport from the hotel. We will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone."
