"My stay in Samara was amazing. They were ultra all inclusive and had food available at all hours of the day. The food was great and the staff were very friendly. They had a lot of facilities and it was all family friendly! Just if the water was warmer then everything would’ve been great! Still had such a good time at a great resort."

"Everything—from the moment of arrival until the final departure—was designed to make you feel truly special. The service was wonderful; the room, the view, and the food were all perfect. The sea and the beach were magnificent, and the part of our stay we enjoyed the most was undoubtedly the pavilions. However, we owe a special debt of gratitude to our service team—our "attendants"—who truly made us feel privileged and left us saying, "We are so glad we came here." They were the ones who truly made this vacation special for us: Mr. Ali, Mr. Anıl, Mr. Melih, Mr. Berzah, Mr. Cebrail, Ms. Nisa, Ms. Bilge, Ms. Rimma, and Mr. Samet. And finally, a special mention goes to Mr. Alper, who handled our airport transfer with such great care. Each and every one of them is a valuable, highly respectful, and genuinely kind-hearted individual. We are so grateful for their presence and so glad to have met them. "This hotel was beyond filthy. The second I walked into the room, the stench hit me. The bathroom was revolting – mold all over the tiles, a disgusting shower, and a toilet that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. It was so nasty I didn’t even want to touch anything. For the money I spent, I expected at least a clean room, but instead I got this dump. I felt dirtier after staying here than before I checked in. They “changed” our room the next day, but guess what? It was just as filthy. Nothing improved. On top of that, the staff was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Zero customer service, zero care for guests. This was hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Stay far, far away from this place. Total waste of money and a disgusting nightmare. 1* hotel!!!!"
