The elegant residential complex “Villaggio Perlacea” is a new construction, completed in 2010 and only 150 meters from the beautiful “Quinta Spiaggia” beach in Golfo Aranci.
The location is strategic and is just a few steps from the sea in front of the «Quinta Spiaggia» and 50 meters from the supermarket and bar. Therefore it is possible to spend a holiday in complete relaxation without having to use the car.
The complex is just 18 km from Olbia (port and airport), 10 km from Porto Rotondo and 18 km from the Costa Smeralda.
This elegant new apartment has been totally furnished in 2018 and equipped with all comforts including air conditioning, dishwasher. The apartment has 3 bedrooms ( two double and one with two single beds ), two bathrooms, living room, kitchen, large terrace of 100 sqm (with table, comfortable chairs and a bbq) and sea view.
Ideal for up to 6 people it is located on first row inside the well-known and well appreciated “Villaggio Perlacea”.
