The elegant residential complex “Villaggio Perlacea” is a new construction, completed in 2010 and only 150 meters from the beautiful “Quinta Spiaggia” beach in Golfo Aranci.
The location is strategic and is just a few steps from the sea in front of the «Quinta Spiaggia» and 50 meters from the supermarket and bar. Therefore it is possible to spend a holiday in complete relaxation without having to use the car.
The complex is just 18 km from Olbia (port and airport), 10 km from Porto Rotondo and 18 km from the Costa Smeralda.
The semi-detached villa, is only another house always in the first row, and is composed of two double bedrooms, bathroom, spacious kitchenette equipped with a dishwasher, a living room, a covered veranda and landscaped garden.
The garden of 170 sqm is the ideal place to spend pleasant moments outdoors with a fabulous view of the sea. Recommended to families with children who can play freely and in safety. Ideal for 4 people. The property is finished with local materials and prestigious details, complete with air-conditioners in all rooms, free internet wi-fi and a private parking.

Schöne Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick aufs Meer und Hafen
Lage zu den umliegenden Stränden und zu Hafen sehr gut. Möblierung neu aber einfach. Super Tiefgarage mit Fernbedienung, keine Parkplatzsuche und FZG immer schön kühl. Sehr nette und hilfsbereites Team vor Ort. Gerne wieder.
