    Located in a unique position in an elegant and private complex of villas.
    At 800 meters from the sea, you can easily reach numerous beaches with fine white sand.
    Three bedrooms and two bathrooms. For a total of 8 beds. Kitchen and veranda with barbecue. Two covered parking spaces.
    Excellent location to reach places like Porto Rotondo 20 minutes or the splendid Golfo Aranci 10 minutes.
    On foot from the complex there is a renowned restaurant typical of the area which also does take-away service.

Siamo stati molto contenti. Abbiamo avuto tutte le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno. Abbiamo solo trovato un po' un peccato che non abbiamo conosciuto il proprietario della casa. Però devo anche dire, che hanno avuto molto fiducia in noi e erano sempre disponibile a qualsiasi domanda. Grazie mille. :) Saluti dalla svizzera.

Vacanza incantevole

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in 7 persone, con la mia famiglia. L'appartamento è dotato veramente di tutto e si trova in una posizione magnifica. La vista su golfo aranci è qualcosa di unico, solo lo stare seduti davanti ad uno scenario del genere ti rilassa e ti fa sentire in vacanza. Tutte le calette di golfo aranci sono vicine, ma ci si muove molto bene anche per raggiungere il Nord (Palau) da cui è possibile partire per visitare l'arcipelago della Maddalena, circa 45-50 minuti di macchina. È stata una bella vacanza, peccato sia già finita.

Urlaub mit traumhafter Aussicht

Ich wahr mir meiner Familie für zwei Wochen in dem Ferienhaus. Wir haben jede Minute Genossen. Traumhafter Ausblich,große Terasse und das Highlight für die Kinder waren die wilden Schildkröten und Eidechsen die im Garten laufen. Bildschöne Strände sind mit dem Auto in ca.10 min zu erreichen(Spiagga Bianca). Wir können dieses Haus nur herzlich empfehlen und freuen uns auf das nächste Jahr. Gruß, Markus

A Great Sardinia Vacation !

If you are looking for a breathtaking view, beautiful beaches nearby and comfortable house you can rent this villa. We absolutely enjoyed our stay there in June 2018 with our two little kids. The rental experience with a very caring owner was great, the house offers everything a family needs and you can never get enough of that view. We also found the location of the house to be very pleasant. It is only a 15 min drive from the airport and is close to supermarkts and restaurants. At the same time it was - at least in June - relatively calm so that the family could really enjoy extended brunches and dinners on the terrasse. All in all cinque stelle - mille gracie !

A family friendly location with a beautiful view and very nice landlords...

It was a pleasure to stay in this house with its beautiful view over the bay. the kids enjoyed every morning looking at the boats in the bay and staying in the garden. the house itself is equipped with everything you need... we can definitely recommend this location, when you prefer to stay some meters away from the beach and enjoy the silence...

Un paradiso🌅

Abbiamo soggiornato nella splendida casa di Giorgio e Gabriella e la prima cosa che lascia senza fiato è lo splendido panorama che si gode dalla veranda...non bastano due occhi per guardare tutto il golfo scorrendo figari la tavolara...fino ad Olbia insomma immenso!! Abbiamo trascorso colazioni e serate indimenticabili guardando il mare! Giorgio e Gabriella sono stati gentilissimi e al nostro arrivo ci hanno indicato spiagge e ristoranti! Ottima la pulizia della casa e la comodità della disposizione interna delle due camere ampie e spaziose e della parte al piano inferiore, essendo due famiglie abbiamo avuto molta privacy!! La cucina è nuova e molto attrezzata! Abbiamo riscontrato un'ottima qualità sia dei materassi che dei cuscini (in lattice). Il villaggio è composto da diverse villette ed è molto tranquillo, le spiagge sono raggiungibili a pochissimi minuti di macchina a noi è piaciuta moltissimo SOS aranzos che si trova a due minuti e la spiaggia bianca a quattro minuti dalla casa! Sicuramente avendoci lasciato il cuore torneremo l'anno prossimo❤️ Grazie a Giorgio Gabriella e Roberto!

vista mare unica - casa bellissima

Ottima vacanza in questo posto da sogno. All'arrivo dal porto di Olbia il sig. Giorgio ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni per arrivare alla casa. Tutto perfetto. Avevamo due macchine ed i due posti auto coperti sono proprio attaccati all'ingresso. Il complesso è meraviglioso. Casa pulitissima e nuova. il giardino molto carino. Questa villa è più alta delle altre per cui il panorama è davvero mozzafiato. Un ringraziamento speciale al sig. Giorgio per i suoi consigli. Speriamo di ritornare!. Consigliatissima.

Fantastica esperienza

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa Villa per due settimane, due famiglie con tre bambini in tutto. La casa è situata in posizione strategica per visitare tutte le spiagge più belle del posto ed è in una zona residenziale molto tranquilla . Il giardino è ampio, molto curato e recintato; gli interni sono veramente impeccabili: arredamento nuovo, pratico e tutto estremamente pulito. La casa è fresca, dotata di zanzariere ( anche se non abbiamo mai avuto problemi di zanzare), l'accesso indipendente alla grande camera sottostante con bagno offre molta privacy anche per chi come noi era in compagnia di un'altra famiglia. La veranda antistante la zona giorno è il punto forte della casa: la vista è davvero mozzafiato!!! E poi cosa dire dei proprietari!! Disponibili e gentilissimi dal momento del primo contatto telefonico fino alla nostra partenza.. Anche per quanto riguarda il prezzo dell'affitto assolutamente soddisfatti (in zona abbiamo sentito cifre decisamente più alte..). Speriamo vivamente di avere occasione di tornare ..

Un posto da sogno!

La prima volta in costa smeralda. Abbiamo soggiornato per 1 settimana Comodo l' arrivo dal porto di Olbia. Ci sono due parcheggi privati coperti proprio all'ingresso della villa. La casa pulita ed i mobili sono nuovi. Il panorama è veramente bello. Il proprietario ci ha accolto e ci ha dato molti consigli su dove andare in spiaggia. Molto carino il paesino di golfo aranci pieno di ristorantini sul mare. Spero di ripetere

Vorrei vivere cosi!!!

Il proprietario gentile ci ha accolto e spiegato il tutto. Io il mio fidanzato e altra coppia di amici abbiamo condiviso questa stupenda villa immersa nel verde. Ancora mi ringrazziano per la stupenda vacanza da me organizzata. Che dire la vista è  senza parole. Ci è  capitato di non uscire la sera per goderci fino in fondo il panorama. Spero di fare il bis..
