"Hotel was clean and generally quiet, its in a busy area with night clubs and bars so there was some noise but nothing that got in the way of sleep. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated in an area which seems to be very popular with German visitors so youll hear very little English spoken, not a bad thing given youre in a non-english spraking country. "Amazing Villa that was perfect for our group of 20. We made use of all the outside facilities, the volleyball court was particularly good fun. The hosts were extremely helpful throughout - organising beer barrels, restaurant reservations and food delivery shops. Always quick to respond, but also felt like they left us to ourselves and had our holiday. Thanks to Alejandro particularly. Could not recommend enough! "

"The property was very poorly appointed. Lots of broken tiles and flooring, stains on the indoor seating which smelled when you sat on them. The towels were flimsy and no soap provided in each bathroom. There were insects crawling around in the bathroom and we were all bitten by something during our stay. The property was cold at night and the bedding wasn't sufficient for an autumn stay. We found spare duvets but not for everyone and they were covered in stains. There were 2 large farm dogs left to wander freely on the first day which were locked up when the second guests arrived and requested they were put away the following day. We were not greeted and no one checked in to make sure everything was ok. The list of rules for our stay and departure were very unwelcoming. We feel that the property is misrepresented on the website and is overpriced. Our family has used VRBO several times and have never had such a poor experience. Do not stay here. "
