We arrived past midnight after a long drive from Segovia, but thanks to the clear and thoughtful check-in instructions we received earlier in the day, everything went smoothly. We had no trouble finding parking or accessing our room. The room was stunning—beautifully styled and equipped with everything we needed, from a hair dryer to a portable fan that came in handy on warm nights. Every detail was considered to make guests feel at ease and at home. It was truly a bittersweet moment when it came time to leave.
