Just 8 minutes to the beach, nestled in a quiet, safe neighborhood, you’ll feel the ocean breeze as you sunbathe by the water, soak in the hot tub, or rest in comfortable rooms with tastefull furnishings. Beaches, world-class wineries, delicious eats, bird and butterfly watching, hiking, and charming Santa Barbara are all within minutes of your centrally located stay.
The space
Welcome to your spacious and stylish 4BR, 2BA retreat with a sparkling pool, bubbling hot tub, outdoor shower, and spacious yard, in a safe and quiet community, this fully remodeled home features new floors, new bathrooms, fresh paint, new furniture, and decorated with attention to detail throughout.

Relax on the soft leather sofa and swivel chairs, enjoy comfortable mattresses in every bedroom, enjoy a delicious array of coffee at the coffee bar, and celebrate a friends or family getaway out in a large covered patio area with an outdoor couch, perfect for families and groups to gather.

7 guests allowed. An additional 3 guests may be added for a total of 10 people at $100 per guest, per night, after the 7th guest. Sleeping for 7 guests to sleep comfortably in bedrooms, plus a queen air mattress can be set up in the living room to accommodate up to 2 additional guests and a pull out chair is set up in one of the bedrooms for 1 additional guest.

Fully stocked with clean linens, towels, toiletries, clothing steamer, beach gear, surfboards, stand up paddle board, coffee bar, tea, spices, Sonos speaker, outdoor grill and everything you need for a memorable coastal escape.

$100 per night fee for heated pool. Must provide three days notice ahead of check-in date so that pool is ready for guest's arrival. Pool and Spa are professionally serviced after every booking.

TV's
Smart TV's have Netflix installed. Netflix is complimentary and TV's are already logged in. Turn on TV and press the Netflix button located on the remote. You may use your own account for all other streaming services.

POOL AND SPA
Pool towels are located at patio, to right of sliding door.
If you requested and paid for heating for the pool, the pool heater will already be set to 78 degrees and hot tub will be set to 90 degrees. You may raise or lower hot tub temperature by pressing the red and blue buttons on the hot tub panel. The daily pool heating fee is $100 and must be requested at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Spa heating available year round at no additional cost.

Surfboards, Paddle Boards, and Boogie Boards
Feel free to use the Surfboards, Paddle Boards, and Boogie Boards. Please note that like all water sports this sporting equipment carries the inherit risk of drowning or injury. Use at your own risk. Please rinse off the boards when you arrive back from your outing with the water hose located near the hot tub.

PROPANE GRILL
The grill is located on side yard on left of property next to storage shed. The grill is covered. Take off cover. move grill to desired grilling area. If the propane tank is empty, there is a shell gas station down the street that refills the tank. The Shell station is on Fairview and Calle Real. After use, please spray grill with grill cleaner located on the bottom of the grill and wipe it with the grill cleaning tool.


IMPORTANT RULES
Breaching the following rules will result in immediate termination of your stay with no refund and/or potential extra cleaning fees:
· Additional guest beyond those stated on the reservation
· Any guests after the 7th guest pays an additional $100 per night fee and must be pre-approved.
· No smoking or vaping inside
· No events, gatherings or parties of any kind.
· Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. No Excessive noise during quiet hours.
· Hot tub and pool hours: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM. No hot tub or pool use after 10PM.
· No pets allowed
