Hotelin konumu çok iyi sahile 3 dakika yüyüyüş mesafesinde. Sahilde kendine ait olan plaja da en fazla 10 dakika yürüyüş mesafesinde. Ayrıca hotelin etrafında pek çok market, bar, restaurant ve küçük mağazalar var. Yemekleri çok çesitli ancak lezzetli değil. Aşçısı çok kötü. Yemekte balık var ama çok piştiği için kurumuş. Kalamar var ama lastik gibi. Yani her öğün güzel yemek malzemeleri var ama kötü pişmişler. İçecek çesitliliği var ancak sunum bardakları yetersiz şekilli bardaklar ve kokteyller yok. Müşterilerin tamamına yakını aile. Hotelin tüm kısımları çok temiz. Şezlonglara havlu bıralılmasına izin verilmiyor. Havuz kenarında şezlong bulmak mümkün oluyor. Plajda saat 11 gibi boş şezlong kalmıyor.

26/08/2024 - 31/08/2024 tarihleri arasında iki aile Sofia hotelde konakladık. En baştan şunu belirteyim tam bir aile oteli. Ağırlıkli olarak Romanyalı turistlerden oluşuyor. Genel olarak memnun kaldık ancak otelin kendi otaparkinin günlük 25 leva olması bize çok saçma ve çok pahalı geldi. Damak tadınız Türk yemeklerine alışıksa biraz garipseyebilirsiniz yemekleri. Yemek malzemeleri kaliteli ancak aşçı oldukça başarısız ve beceriksiz. Her şey dahil sistemindeki alkoller çok kaliteli ve çeşitli değil ne yazık. Ayrıca sunum da oldukça zayıf ve her şey dahil sisteminin 22.30 da sona ermesi dezavantaj.
