"It was great. It is a motel, so your door does open to the parking lot. However, it is tucked away just enough that it felt safe and clean. A small gathering of businesses is a two minute walk away that includes a collection of different food possibilities, which was convenient. Overall, we would be happy to stay here again."

"We really enjoyed our stay, what a beautiful location and property. Such amazing views from every room. We loved the backyard area and balconies. So great for evening glass of wine or morning coffee. The shuffle board upstairs was a bonus! Check in was smooth and easy. Very comfortable beds and couches to relax on. We will be back!"

"This cabin was the perfect location for me to chill out while caring for a friend going through a hard time. The view from the balcony was gorgeous snd healing. This cabin has a front row seat to Lake Cuyamaca. I only used the coffee maker and refrigerator so can’t comment on the kitchen. The dark night sky here is exquisite for star gazing. I spotted two shooting stars on consecutive nights which I took as a good omen. I suggest you bring a portable lounger to get comfortable on the driveway. Herve, the host, was responsive to every question I had. He welcomes communication and good communication is key when staying in such a remote area. Five Thumbs Up!!!!!"
