"Lots of variety for breakfast. Everything was great. I discovered (this was our 3rd visit) that the elevator to the lover level opens right on to the creek, and close to shops . More importantly, you can take it back up to your room and avoid walking up the hill! Staff very friendly."

Travel insurance is too difficult to get money back from And the hotel never honors anything that’s done on hotels.com or Expedia so I am in a nightmare of trying to get money back after paying for a hotel twice and I’ve been stranded in town for three days because I gave everything I had to not lose a hotel room I already paid for. I booked three nights. It did not arrive until the second night. The entire reservation was canceled and I was not rebooked anywhere."

"This room was in disrepair. The toilet was only partially bolted to the floor, hooks were loose, chips in the paint. Down comforter was clumped. Bed was also a bit lumpy, pillows were hard."
