Novotel Surfers Paradise
Staff were courteous, would be helpful if there was a toilet brush, overall the rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Fridge was quite loud when trying to sleep and didn’t seem to be a hand towel, a hook near basin would be good for washing and drying hands. Great location easy walk to restaurants ...

The Langham, Gold Coast and Jewel Residences
Amazing stay, the hotel itself is total perfection. If I could add one slightly negative comment, the pool lounger covers need refreshing ….. some are very heavily stained and do not reflect the ultra high hotel standards
