Basic room but everything you need, clean, tidy and great location. I would recommend staying here if you are on a budget. Nice and handy to Pacific Fair and shopping areas.

Didn't realize that front desk closed at 5pm. Had to find wifi in order to figure out how to check-in. The advertisement should state that front desk closes at 5pm. Next time I'll call the motel to confirm booking.

At the end of the day its was a place to stay on the goldcoast without paying 3 x the amount at other hotels, for the cost and location, its great. Parking was good, right out the front of accommodation.

For the festive season, this is possibly 1 of the cheapest deals available!! It was excellent none the less, met all our needs and was comfortable and convenient. I was expecting the deposit return to take longer to process due to it being the Christmas period, but it was done the day after our checkout, so everything has worked out very well. Thanks! it's location is perfect. Just over the road from Pacific Fair and close to public transport too. So I would recommend staying here.

Clean and comfortable
Clean room, good wifi, Netflix on the tv, functioning a/c, comfortable mattress. Really solid motel. Was able to pay the bond at checkin during checkin hours.

The location is great. It is a ,5 minute walk from the beautiful beach and also 5 minute walk from the broadbrach station that will hook u up with gold coast airport and the Brisbane air trains. Good restaurants in area. Motel itself has everything u need. Pool was good

Great for a short stay.
Very handy to walk to Pacific Fair and Broadbeach. It was very reasonable for the price. 3* rating but clean and handy for what we needed. It had a microwave and crockery so we could get our breakfast.

This property was not as described. Although were nice enough. The carpet was torn as was the bed base. On arrival the toilet didn’t flush. The stairs are rusty and wires around the building. It was not at all clean either. I checked in and booked somewhere else within tens minutes. Crazy … they charge a $100 bond to your credit card which I asked them to refund to my card on departure.

Eh.. very old and rundown.. towels were freyed and obviously years old, bathroom door wouldn't close, shower dripped all night.. roadworks all night directly out the front of the motel.. if I had known any of this I would have gone elsewhere. Was probably the worst motel stay I've ever had, no sleep and falling apart 😔

Poor response after emergency complaint
Number of disappointing issues: No hot water during stay Unit door was jamming so extremely difficult to open and close Shutters did not fully block out night lights outside Extremely loud noise from road construction outside until 3.30am Contacted the after hours number only to be told “oh sorry but we are not told when the roads works will occur” The owners only need to register with the council to get updates of works schedules. The owners did not respond when I mention there was no hot water.

Pros was it had a pool and easy access to everything. Bad this was slipped over in the shower because they don’t how to clean it up properly. And was having random people trying to open our door all hours of the night. And there was mould and dust everywhere.
