Amazing
We stayed for 4 night for our wedding with our 2 small dogs. The house was nice and clean with everything we needed and very secure with a lockable front gate plus side gate to keep the dogs out of the front area while we were out. We had a warm welcome card waiting for us too. Karyn was always available if we needed any infomation and it was just a lovely home to stay in. :)

Perfect Property
This is the prototype property that I want for all my stays. Perfect bedroom and bathroom for personal comfort. Bathroom was spacious and away from the toilet. Next to that were 2 full size Washer & Dryer appliances. At the front of the house was a Great Room that contained the Kitchen, Eating area and Family room. Fairly large yard outside that had the gas BBQ and eating area. Very close to shopping, Chevron Island (walking distance), Surfers Paradise (the beach), Sea World, Observation Tower. Took a day trip to Tamborine Mt (worth seeing). The absolute best hosts that you could ask for. DO NOT PASS THIS STOP OFF.

104 Regatta Parade - Simply Wonderful !!
We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful villa near Surfers Paradise with our 2 Border Collies. The villa is beautifully presented and maintained, very pet friendly and so close to everything. It is extremely well appointed with everything provided to make your stay comfortable and easy. We would highly recommend this property and will certainly be returning in the future. A big thanks to owners Karyn & Gary for creating such an amazing place families with pets can stay at.

Exceptional. Karyn was extremely prompt with our communication and answered all queries in a very professional manner. The location was central with close access to sporting facilities, restaurants, parkland and dog friendly beaches. A great location to recharge your batteries. Beautiful area, quiet friendly neighbourhood. We had our golden retriever Amy stay and she loved it. Karyn had the home perfectly clean , couldn’t be better. Will stay again and will recommend to family and friends. Lucky if you get to stay here.

Cannot fault the villa, the owners or the location. I wish I’d found this gem years ago. I’d baulked at holidaying with the dogs … our labrador is safe and secure here. We’ve found a number of cafes which welcome her (and children) and make great coffee. The villa is one block away from HOTA. We have discovered foot bridges between here and the villa. We did not want to leave!

This apartment was like a home away from home. The property was in good condition and the decor was homey and appealing. The hosts arranged the furniture to suit our needs. We really appreciated that the cupboards contained a variety of useful items to use during our stay e.g., extra towels and lots of kitchen equipment. My daughter borrowed a hat to wear when she found that she forgot hers. The property is close to bus stops and within walking distance to Southport. We would stay here again!

Relax in comfort
We needed a comfortable relaxing pet friendly place to stay and this place delivered in spades! The experience from check in to check out was seem less. The little extras were so special and welcoming. It just felt so homely. There is a dog friendly beach in walking distance and plenty of other places nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property.

Everything about this property was excellent - from the location (a short walk to great restaurants & dog friendly beach/broadwater) to the actual villa itself. It was spotlessly clean, and had everything anyone could possibly need...and then some! It included so many personal touches - including treats (for humans & doggies), and lots of clear useful information about how to operate equipment or what to do in the area. Check in was simple & clear and exactly as outlined, and Karyn was very responsive to the few queries we had. We were very impressed with this villa - would highly recommend to anyone (with or without pets) - and hopefully will have an opportunity to return in the future.

This accommodation worked extremely well for us. We have twins (age 8). There was nothing for which we wished. Our labrador was safe. She is a senior dog. The space and deck was ideal. We were able to leave her while we had meals out. The local walk was pleasant. The marketplace was awesome - a hidden gem. The owners go above and beyond. I love their customer service.

Lovely House in Surfers!
My partner, myself + another couple stayed at this lovely abode in Surfers Paradise. The house was exactly what we needed equipped with clean and modern facilities which made our stay on the coast very easy. Karyn and Gary were great hosts and were always receptive to any needs that we had on our 10 day stay. Would highly recommend this place for two couples or families, especially for any longer stays in Surfers. Would love to stay again :)

Highly recommended. Pets very welcome, clean, modern, homey.
My parents and I stayed here for 3 nights- it was originally 2, but my parents were enjoying it so much we ended up extending our stay another night! It was very clean and we had everything we needed & the beds were comfortable (lovely shower too!). Check in & out was detailed, simple and straightforward. The hosts, Karyn & Gary were very helpful and responsive our entire stay. I took my 2 chihuahua’s and we loved that there were the loveliest and most welcoming personal touches - including for my pups! The yard is actually fully fenced (no little exploration gaps!)- meaning my chi’s could explore safely in the yard. We were close to pacific fair shopping, markets & cafes- there is even a little beach 2 minutes down the road. I would highly recommend staying here.

This was the best property we have booked anywhere. The owners have provided basically everything you could need. The bed and chairs were very comfortable, the place was just perfect. PAWfect getaway!
Cannot recommend this place enough. We stayed here with our two little dogs and it was perfect. Karyn was incredibly thoughtful of us all (including our dogs with a few treats, there own dogs mats, towels and bowls). We had packed all of the things listed but didn’t have to even pull them out of the car. Dog beach just a few hundred metres away which was great for the dogs and us to have a little swim. As for the property, full enclosed for the dogs, very peaceful, clean, comfortable and not to mention absolutely all the cooking utensils you could ask for! Again we packed things we usually do for trips away but don’t need to pull them out. Very well done Karyn. We look forward to our next stay!

My husband and I and our furbaby Jones walked into immaculate accommodation with everything and more that you need to feel like you are home away from home. From the 'welcome' sign to the treats and blankets for Jones to the well equipped kitchen and beautifully appointed rooms, we just dropped our bags and our shoulders. Karyn was extremely accommodating and her place was immaculate.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Karyn’s home. The Villa was in an amazing location, and it had everything that you needed in it. We also enjoyed spending time on the gorgeous little deck, with our doggies too. And the dog beach was at the end of the street to walk the dogs at, just perfect. Absolutely Fantastic
Everything about this property was perfect. It was close to the University Hospital where our daughter was doing a nursing placement. It was dog friendly, complete with bed, dog treats, water and food bowls. Treats In the fridge for us as well on arrival, a thoughtful touch. 5 minute walk to the river, 10 minutes to coffee shops and cafes. We walked to HOTA (10 minute walk) on Sunday morning for the most amazing farmer's markets. Chevron Island, a 15 minute walk away, has many little shops, great cafes and takeaway spots. The villa was spotlessly clean, fully equipped with everything you would ever need. Karyn and Gary were wonderful hosts, very kind and great communicators. They provide a compendium with loads of local information of what to see, do and eat. Also information on dog parks etc. The deck out the front was a beautiful sunny spot, perfect for coffee time on a winter's day. We felt very safe and secure, the property is fully fenced and it’s situated in a quiet neighbourhood. For us, this property ticked every box, we would definitely love to return.

Here for the swimming
We were on the Gold Coast for the Australian Swimming Championships held at the aquatic centre in Southport. Being near to the pool (less than 10 minute drive), close to supermarkets and having a quiet area for the boys to sleep and relax during the day was essential - Surfers Paradise is too noisy, but close enough to walk to. There was plenty of space and storage in both bedrooms and it was lovely to be able to fully unpack. The two beds in the 2nd bedroom are king singles, essential for us as our son is very tall. The kitchen was a good size and we had the perfect weather to use the outdoor eating area and bbq. The park and river beach in the street is a great place to sit and watch the water craft go by. There is only one bathroom, but it is large, light and the shower was great. Really enjoyed our stay.

We were made to feel very welcome, even our fur-child had a welcome treat waiting for her! Lovely stay with secure yard for pooch so didn’t have to worry about her finding a hole to escape through. Our hosts were gracious in being flexible with our check/in check/out times which was much appreciated. I assumed we’d have secure parking as well, however it wasn’t the case. The accommodation pic shows a garage on the frontage - though it was my fault as I should have looked into it prior as I didn’t like parking our literally brand new car out on the street in an unfamiliar area (and we left our car cover at home).

What a wonderful stay we had here! It was terrific to be near the beach and close to the highway for trips into the mountains also. We enjoyed having our dog with us on holidays and he was as well catered for as we were! Karyn is a great hostess and she sure has some hot tips for local restaurants... we will be back in the future for sure!

Our pre-xmas holiday
On a hole our stay was good. The unit is just far enough away for the busy Gold Coast and close enough to be in thick of it in less than 5mins. There is very thing in the kitchen you would need to cook a dinner while on holidays. The beds are comfortable and the linen is clean and the towels provided are a good size and lush. The only thing I didn't like was the number of keys to get into and out of the property. But I understand it's that wat for security.

A genuinely dog friendly property.
If you are looking for a 'home away from home' where your dog can live as comfortably as it does at home then this may be the place for you. The villa is beautifully styled with attractive and practical furniture. It is within walking distance of a small pleasant beach that's dog friendly with off leash hours in the early morning and late afternoon. Street parking is out front. The property image shows a garage but that is not included in the tenancy, however there is a security camera which can watch over your car if you are able to park directly out front. Our dog is used to her own bedding which is great for travelling because she doesn't expect to sleep in a human's bed. The property owners provided a lovely Christmas gift for our dog which is a very thoughtful touch, along with a tin of dog toys and useful doggie bags for walking. There is also a facility for leaving your dog safely behind if you want to go out and about without them. We tend to take our dog with us wherever we go so not so much an issue for us but from messages in the visitors book it is clear that can be good to know for some families. There is a very attractive tiny court yard in the front. Because we had almost a week of torrential rain we were starting to feel a bit of cabin fever because the outside courtyard area, understandably, could not withstand the horizontal rain. That particular issue would occur almost anywhere in weather like that. So the only potential cure would be a place with an outstanding view to muse over, however, if finding a properly dog friendly property is a higher requirement for you, as it was for us, then you would not be disappointed with this choice. Chevron Island is a two minute drive away. We enjoyed breakfasts and lunches at two dog friendly cafes there, also the Ferry Road markets (about 5 minutes drive away) have another excellent, undercover, dog friendly cafe. If cleanliness and kitchen accoutrements are important to you then again, this property is spotlessly clean and with a well stocked kitchen. We took our own coffee machine, but there is a pod machine supplied. There's also a full sized fridge and a small but perfectly adequate dishwasher. That should be just about enough information for anyone to make an informed decision.

Made you feel at home
From the minute we walked in we felt very welcome. Everything so tidy and plenty of the small touches that saves you running to the shop, like soap, shampoo, tea and coffee etc. Even our old foxie was welcomed with a bed and some treats. which didn't last long. Everything was clean and spotless and plenty of room throughout the villa, plenty of blankets and towels. If you wanted to leave your pooch there, you can use the laundry and a small run beside the villa which is lockable and safe. Totally recommend staying here! Thanks Karyn and Gary for being great hosts!
