Courtney was very welcoming- stayed in a 2 Bedroom apartment on the 6th floor. Very clean and suited us perfectly, used the kitchen for breakfast only. Heaps of storage and the washer/dryer got well used. Location is handy, 20 mins and you are at Broadbeach or 10 to Robina Town Centre. Definitely will stay again if back on the coast.

Great location, very peaceful and lovely view. Could use a few basics, eg a sharp knife, tea towels. Overall a great place to stay.

The unit wasn’t clean. Cobwebs on the walls. Dusty couch and floor. Full of older people that live there. We felt like we were walking on eggshells the whole time, trying to be quiet.

Was unclear what tower it was in. Lovely spot would stay again. Guests said mattresses were not the best quality but overall a great spot.

Signature waterfront apartments is a beautiful place to stay, it’s quiet and picturesque, parking is good, rooms could do with a bit of an upgrade but certainly comfortable and efficient. We had everything we needed for a 12 night stay. Brian was very kind and told us everything we need to know. We were upgraded to the top floor so had a beautiful view of the lake and golf course and mountains beyond that. We will be bookmarking this property and will definitely be back. Thanks for having us!

No air-conditioning in any of the rooms, it was broken before we arrived and they didn't let us know before moving in. No allocated car park, had to wait for the manager to move their car then use it. No hand wash in either if the toilets-during covid?? Manager tried to argue about these issues and has not offered any resolution!

We have stayed at the apartments twice now, first time was lovely, the apartment was very clean and well looked after. This time, the apartment wasn’t as nice, needs painting and furniture is wearing. If we had the first apartment again it would have been lovely. Overall, nice complex.

We were running an event at the adjoining golf club and wanted accommodation close by. This apartment was very convenient and the management were incredibly accommodating. There are not many restaurants close but it isn't far into Broadbeach for variety. Apartment has a lovely outlook and was large and clean

This apartment was as good as being at (a nice, huge) home. Really serene, well equipped, and very friendly Manager on check in. We'd stay here again as a great escape from the hustle and bustle of the coast. The apartment was a welcome respite from busy, busy days. If you have a car it's a short drive to Broadbeach (good restaurants and Pacific Fair, a really nice mall and dining area), other suburbs up and down the coast, and all the theme parks. And it's a reasonable Uber fare into Southport. Also really easy to navigate to from the M1 (the main motorway from Brisbane) when you're new in the area (literally one turn once off the motorway). Brian, the Manager, as also very helpful helping us find the nearest supermarkets (there are several) so we could stock up on breakfast supplies. You could easily cook / prepare all your meals here if you wanted to. We'd happily return on a future visit to the Gold Coast and recommend to anyone wanting an apartment in the area.

Brian, the manager was helpful. You need a car if you have a family. Bus is available but hourly only. Limited Wifi data was a pain, especially with more than one user.

Nice clean apartment. Nice view over the Lakelands golf course. Location was quiet, a car is essential. Some parking spots are quite narrow, the receptionist kindly changed our parking spot to a more convenient one. Only issue were the beds. They were all very hard and uncomfortable.

Fantastic view and comfortable stay.
It was my second visit to this accommodation after 8 years later. It is surrounded by a golf club and fancy houses, so really safe to stay and pleasant. All theme parks are within 20mins drive distance. I prefer staying in here rather than near surfers paradise. Quite good rates they offer. But you should have your rental car to drive here and there. :) Manager was super friendly. I will visit again.

We stayed at the Signature Waterfront Apartments for 14 nights. The apartment was fantastic. Very comfortable & spacious. Apartment had everything that we needed. Full size kitchen, walk in wardrobes. Both bedrooms were very spacious & the beds were very comfortable. Amazing views. Would love to stay again.

Lakeside retreat only 10 minutes from Broadbeach

Clean, modern and well appointed. Perfect base for a nearby wedding, enough room for quiet gatherings and preparations. Staff were extremely accomodating and assisted with any requests with good humour and understanding.

Quiet and peaceful place to stay. Great outlook over lake and golf course. All amenities well catered for. Only 10 mins drive to SP and close to motorway for theme parks. Rent a car and enjoy.
