    For bookings of 14 nights or more, a mid‑stay cleaning service is recommended. You can choose to receive a Refresh & Restock and Full Clean for $250. For extended stays, cleaning services will be tailored to ensure our team can periodically clean, maintain, and inspect the property, keeping it in top condition throughout your stay.

    We respectfully ask that you review the house rules before confirming your reservation and adhere to them throughout your stay. Parties or events of any nature are not permitted. Non‑compliance will result in eviction and charges for any necessary damage or extra cleaning.

    Please also note the following:
    • Body corporate rules apply to all guests, including noise limits and balcony safety requirements
    • No smoking or vaping inside the apartment or on the balcony
    • Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight
    • Visitor parking is available but not guaranteed and must follow building signage
    • Lost keys or access fobs will incur a $250 replacement fee
    • Please ensure rubbish is disposed of in the building’s designated bins or chute
    • Maintenance issues should be reported immediately so they can be addressed promptly
