the next floor down are the 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom is a the Queen bed and both the other rooms have 2 king single beds each.
there is a large ensuite for the master bedroom and a toilet room and bathroom for the other 2 rooms
kitchen floor has an inside and outside dining table electric recline leather couch, 85 inch tv and a full kitchen, also a work space and a bathroom
the bottom floor is your private pool through the laundry and of course, the shared laundry with the studio.
