▸ Online Check-in (It's required!): The main guests must complete our secure Online Check-in Form before your stay. This form will be sent to you 3 days prior and includes ID verification and payment of your security deposit. The name on your ID and card must match the booking name.
▸ Keys can only be collected by the booking holder. Alternatively, a secondary guest (over the age of 18) can be nominated for key collection during the online check-in process.
▸ Security Deposit: A $500 AUD pre-authorisation is required via Visa or Mastercard (cash is not accepted). The cardholder name must match the booking. This deposit is released up to 3 days after departure, provided there are no damages or extra charges.
▸ Private Operator: Your booking is with WOW Stay, a private operator. On-site reception assistance will not be available.
▸ Please Note: While all apartments meet advertised standards, specific unit features such as decor, furniture, and layout may vary as each is individually furnished. Photos are for reference only.
