The Space:

Welcome to your relaxed resort escape in Chevron Renaissance Tower 1, one of Surfers Paradise’s most popular residential resort complexes. This spacious 2 bedroom apartment on Level 17 combines modern comfort, fresh new furniture and access to exceptional resort amenities, all just a 10 minute walk to the beach.



The apartment features a large open-plan living area with a brand new sofa and sofa bed, a huge 65 inch smart TV. The modern marble kitchen includes an island bench and is fully equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, four-burner electric cooktop, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster. A marble dining table comfortably seats six, ideal for shared meals or entertaining.



Both bedrooms are generously sized and include ceiling fans. Both bedrooms have queen beds. The bathroom is spacious with a large walk-in shower. A separate laundry with washing machine, dryer and ironing board adds convenience for longer stays.
