Great property, relatively new. Stayed in a two bedroom apartment. Spacious and modern. Smart TV in main bedroom and living. Ducted air throughout. Great location!!! Close to beach, shopping and a Woolies. My son enjoyed the games arcade near by. Parking is tight, we had a small SUV. Reception team is friendly.

It's a nice newish property, modern furnishings & stylings. The views of the ocean was worth paying for. Only stayed 1 night so didnt get to investigate the gym or pool. The air con in the bedrooms could not cope while daylight, worst in the morning, so hot and stuffy. Water pressure in the shower was quite average.

Wonderful apartment for our mini break. Handy to have onsite parking available. Great views of the beach from every room. If you don't want to cook, a number of restaurants close by and the local surf club is handy for a meal as well. Surfers Paradise is only a couple of minutes drive away or local transportation is just down the road.

Great proximity to the beach and restaurants. Our apartment was spacious yet lacked basic necessities like tissues, enough toilet paper for a family and washing and laundry detergent. We paid a premium price for this property. Staff were friendly however foyer needs a decent clean and lacked greenery it was very drab. Overall great apartment but definitely not worth the price we paid

Our apartment at Koko was really nice. It had a lovely view and was nicely appointed. Parking was included in the basement garage which was excellent. The building is located within a short walking distance of many restaurants, bars and cafes as well as a short walk to a gorgeous beach and playground for the kids. Broadbeach is a really lovely place to stay on the Gold Coast. The only downside was that Koko's communication prior to checking in regarding after hours check-in procedures was difficult, unorganised and unclear. However, everything was great after we finally received the keys and the staff at the desk were helpful.

There was no-one on reception at check in time and we had to wait half a hour for someone to turn up. The Koko was a bit tired. the reception area had a nasty smell. In our apartment there were stains on the sofas, holes in the bed linen, scuffs and marks in the walls. The fridge was leaking all over the floor and when I spoke to reception they just gave me a towel to mop it up. There were limited views as we seemed to be on one of the two floors which did not have a glass balcony nor floor to ceiling glass in the living area. Instead we looked at a shabby concrete balcony wall from the living area. As I was there with my mother who has limited mobility it was disappointing we didn’t have the view we expected. Be careful of the basement parking, it’s very tight and we couldn’t actually fit our hire car into the allotted space.

The friendliest concierge, helpful, positive and friendly. The smell of the commin areas smelt beautiful, so a pleasure to walk through. Clean, not noisy, very easy to access and close to all amenities.

Great place to stay. The apartment was lovely. Perfect for 3 people plus a child. Plenty of nice restaurants around and a Woolies close. Short walk to the beach. The only issues were: car park entry was really tight for a big suv and you had to swipe the card twice or the boom gate would close on your car. The unit was clean but slightly dirty under the couch, entertainment unit. I only noticed this as I was looking for toys that my child slid under those items. Overall a great stay!

Perfect place to stay, easy walk to the beach, playground, green space, Woolies right nearby, lots of places to eat, parking underneath, heated pool which was pleasant to swim in even in the middle of winter, huge apartment, modern and clean.

The room at KoKo was on the 19th floor, incredible sea views and fantastic location. It was very well appointed, in what seems quite a new apartment. (Only complaint was the car park, the tightest, smallest most awkward car park in Australia, but that was only getting in and out and no biggie really) Only metres to walk to the beach, coffee, restaurants, woolies, and great pastries and breakfast at Madison’s!! Would highly recommend KoKo 👍

Beautiful new apartment and convenient location. Walk to shops, dining, beach and park with playground for kids. minus points (minor) - one of the hairdryers were broken, some mugs had chips, not enough toilet paper and the parking is super tight! It was difficult turning corners in an suv..
