Hi Beverly, we would like to apologise about your overall experience here at the Hinterland Hotel. We take your concerns serious and have since booked professional cleaners to service the stairs and surrounding areas. We have spoken to our housekeepers about the cleanliness of our rooms and how to correctly make our sofa beds and are will be getting them all steamed cleaned.
