The reception area and my room were both well decorated, but the communal space on level 2 (with the billiard table) was quite dingy and dated. The laundry room had plenty of washers and dryers, but took only $1 and $2 coins. I asked at reception if they could change notes, but they said no and directed me to the local shopping centre a 10 minute walk away.
The hotel advertised itself as art deco, but looked more 1960’s.
