❖ Cleaning, Linen & Supplies: The cleaning fee covers standard end-of-stay cleaning only. Additional linens, cleaning services, or extra consumables may incur additional charges.

❖ Key Recovery & Tracker Disclosure: The physical house keys are equipped with an Apple AirTag, added purely to help locate them if lost or misplaced (potentially saving the cost of a locksmith or lock replacement, since new keys can take up to 10 working days).
