"The tiny mansion was exactly what I was looking for for a quiet weekend away with my dog! The hosts provided a dog bed and bowls for us which was a nice surprise and made us feel welcomed! Dahlonega is such a cute town and it’s in close proximity to great hiking trail heads. "

"We were looking for a quiet and relaxing get-a-way. This was the perfect spot! It is off the beaten path in the foothills. We really enjoyed sitting on the back porch listening to the sounds of the creek flowing by and the cicadas singing at night. There isn’t a view of the creek, but the house is in a nice wooded area. It’s not far from town, but takes a little while to get there on the curvy roads. The pretty drive is worth the distance. A neat Apple Orchard was on the way to town with good food and homemade fried pies. The home is new, beautiful and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable, which is always a plus! The host, Jenna, was very helpful and responsive. "

"This was a very nice well maintained property. The kitchen had plenty of cooking supplies and spices. I have stayed at some properties with cheap Walmart cookware and that was not the case here. My husband used the hot tub and had no complaints. We enjoyed our stay in Big Canoe. "
