O principal ponto negativo foi a demora no atendimento durante o check-in. Ao chegar ao balcão, aguardei um tempo excessivo para receber a chave do quarto. Durante o atendimento, a funcionária manteve conversas paralelas com uma colega, o que transmitiu a sensação de falta de prioridade ao serviço prestado. Como eu estava em viagem de trabalho, e não de lazer, essa demora acabou impactando minha programação e contribuiu para um atraso em meus compromissos.

Hotel com muitas coisas para melhorar. Limpeza e quartos velhos. Particularmente tivemos uma experiencia ruim, pois queriam nos cobrar dobrado no check in e no check out, queriam nos colocar em outro quarto. E nao gostamos da estrutura. Cafe da manhã nao muito bom tambem.
