We were told they were going to refund and get us a complimentary room ready while we ate nextdoor. Came back, no room. Another person was put in a room that was actively being painted, supplies still in the room. Will go down as one of the worst, least professional experiences ever at a hotel. TAKE THEM OFF THIS SITE! "

"Reserved a king bed room, had to settle for 2 queen beds. Water was leaking through floor tiles, changed rooms. Room we agreed to had a big cobweb in corner of room and a lot of hair in bathroom. Staff was pleasant with what they have to work with. Would not recommend. "
