"staff were amazing, literally all of them. The building is being renovated by complete amateurs though and there were no notices when booking. Water issues, painting everywhere, shotty work even while spreading grout over tile with salt and mud on them just kept spreading the grout.
Hotel is dated left right and center so them doing the lobby is for astetics. Pool is outdated, woods moldy, carpets gross. Is what it is though. "

"Our family spent a lovely weekend here. The house was spotless and so comfortable. We especially enjoyed the games space downstairs. It's a great location for winter activities like the skating trail at Arrowhead, and then heading back to relax in the hot tub in the snow. We would definitely come back!"
