"Very clean and close to everything! We asked for extra pillows and they were at our door in less than five minutes."

"Where do I start ? So the check-in process was super easy since I was with Expedia. The room was amazing!! Large, clean and everything you need was there. My only complaint about the room were the 3 small pillows they give you. Why not get bigger pillows to match the size of the bed?? It was a very quiet room, so I slept well. The next morning, I got up expecting to have a nice breakfast as is listed on Expedia. I go downstairs to find two older ladies asking about a cup of coffee. There are two young kids working the desk, which is empty, and they tell the ladies it will be about an hour for more coffee because they have to wait until someone from Housekeeping gets there to make it. SAY WHAT?? Now I don't drink coffee myself, but I have worked Front Desk at a few hotels as well as been a Front Desk Manager for a few. There is NO REASON to have two people standing around doing NOTHING at the Front Desk, and not have coffee available during Breakfast Hours. But the kicker to this..... There is NO HOT BREAKFAST due to this hotel deciding not to go back to having a hot breakfast after COVID. That tells me this hotel is CHEAP and EVERYONE should AVOID giving them any business. NEWSFLASH..... COVID ENDED YEARS AGO!! QUIT USING THIS AS AN EXCUSE!! And please EXPEDIA..... REMOVE THE INFO ABOUT A BREAKFAST. A bowl of bananas and apples, and some granola bars IS NOT a breakfast. Especially for the price I paid for the room."

"when the name Hilton is attached to the primary location, one would expect more than what the Fin Hotel represented under the "Tapestry Collection". I was not impressed at all. The view from my room was tiny version of a used car lot. I brought my own coffee pot and water. The restaurant adjacent to the lobby called for a reservation which I was not informed of this at check in. After I was granted permission to dine this establishment , I placed an order for a Grey Goose brand vodka martini. The server's eyes bulged and he suddenly looked faint. He immediately began to procrastinate over what I ordered verses what they had to offer. Finally he admitted that they only had the "house" brand which was an unfamiliar rye grain vodka label. Perhaps something found at World Market. The biggest disappointment was the fact that there was no bathtub. Since I was only there for one day. I could have parked on the street at no charge. Rather having to pay $28.00 for parking inwhich I had to drag my luggage some distance to the hotel lobby. (I'm 76 years old.) I thought under the Hilton name this location would reflect considerable representation? But it did not. This location made Best Western look like a palace."

"Breakfast wasn’t terrible, you get what you get type stuff, the ice machine was down the entire trip, other than that it was good"

"The interior was great. Nice look. Clean. I'm sure we were too noisy for him. Our dog was triggered by everything in the neighborhood. Sorry about that! The owner was helpful and noticed a couple of our needs we wouldn't have thought would be available when our family visited for dinner. The unit was probably a granny flat so it's attached to his home. The back yard was...a work in progress. I'd love to be there when his garden is in full use."

"In my 43 years is life, I've never stayed in a more repulsive place. There was a roach on the headboard when i walked in. The bathroom was water damaged and moldy. The freezer was filled with dirty ice layers that was dripping onto the fridge shelves. The walls are so thin, I had to listen to the upstairs neighbor stomp around until very late into the night. I have a lot more pictures reflecting the poor conditions, but Hotels.com won't upload them. Book at your own risk. "
