Tv in living room was broken, table in living room was broken, air conditioning had to be serviced, went to take a shower and the towel was used (bloody looking substance). I reported this twice and advised manager would contact me and that never happened. Received a text offering a few Hilton points. No other communication was provided."

"First and last time at this brand of hotel. Felt like Motel 6 tried to make a luxury line. No microwave in room. Upon arrival we noticed the $6 water bottles were half empty. There were additional open water bottles in the fridge both used and unused further proving this room was not cleaned. The shower water was warm at best and didn’t matter what time of day. Sheets were dirty. Bed was hard as a rock. Charge $20 per day to park your car in their parking lot. Upon check out I noted an additional $600 hold on my credit card. They added $50 per day at check in for incidentals but continued to place additional holds on my cards every day for our 3 night stay! "

I told the property all the issues during my stay and the person answering was very rude and u professional. Chair had mold and stains on it. Pool table broken leg. Ping pong table not avlb to play. Girl and boyfriend was screaming and fighting outside he hit her so she scratched up his car. "
