200 sqm vacation home, built in 2024 on a 1000 sqm plot. 1.4 km walk through the beautiful forest of Wollin National Park to the beach.
Bedroom building: 5 bedrooms (sleeps 10), 2 bathrooms, 1 toilet.
Living area: Large living area/living room with unique large clay oven, dining table, large kitchen with cooking island. Second living room area in the middle house with piano. Terrace and garden.
The national park is a beautiful, species-rich, hilly mixed forest (pine and beech) with blueberries and mushrooms, which you can cross on foot or by bike on your way to the Baltic Sea. It is very quiet here. The path to the beach is a pleasure in itself, as are the empty, wide Baltic Sea beach and the steep bank to the east of the descent to the sea.
The place is reminiscent of the Baltic Sea of yesteryear: tall beech forests, few people, no cars near the beach – and the Baltic Sea without a promenade and spectacle.
The house is ideal for relaxing, celebrating, or concentrating. It offers a harmonious combination of spacious, open rooms for family, friends, seminars, and work—and provides enough space for quiet retreats. This balance makes it a perfect home for both social gatherings and quiet, undisturbed moments.
The building consists of two main areas – the sleeping quarters and the living quarters – which are connected by a wide glassed-in passageway with a piano. This separates the sleeping and living areas to a certain extent. This allows for retreat when there are many people together in the large living area.
The sleeping quarters have two floors. On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom and a room with two single beds. Both rooms have access to their own section of the terrace.
There is a bathroom with a shower and washing machine on the lower floor. There is an additional toilet in the glass-enclosed passageway.
A wide wooden staircase connects the lower area with the upper floor. There are three rooms on this floor: two double bedrooms and a small single bedroom under the roof. This floor also has a bathroom with a bathtub and integrated shower.
All rooms are plastered with clay, discreetly furnished, and have a warm and clear atmosphere.
The house consists of a single, large, high-ceilinged room with a ceiling height of over 6 meters throughout. It is also plastered with clay and has very large windows all around, allowing an open view of the wide sky. This means that the house is brightly lit at all times of the day. [“all around” – and then only the eastern sky?]
The house has a living area with a spacious sofa, a large dining area with an antique Berlin table, and a modern kitchen made of maritime pine. The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery and cooking utensils for family celebrations. The induction stove is integrated into a kitchen island that is easily accessible from all sides. There is also a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
The centerpiece of the room is the large clay oven, on which you can sit or lie down in any season. In the cold season, it can be heated and then spreads the typical, pleasant warmth of a clay oven.
Three patio doors connect the room to the large surrounding terrazzo terrace, which leads to the garden.
A historic Berlin swing door from 1930 (from the Jewish girls' school in Berlin's Auguststraße) connects the house to the glazed passageway, which is also connected to the terrace on both sides.
The house has a total of 9 beds, but it is easily possible to provide two additional beds to accommodate a total of 11 people.
All rooms in the house are surrounded by a bright terrazzo terrace (170 sqm). The terrace has two tables with chairs, deck chairs and a parasol. There is a fire pit in the garden that can be used, and there is a barbecue in the shed. Three cars can be parked directly in front of the house on the fenced property.
Additional parking for another car is available at the edge of the garden.
The small town centre of Wisełka is 2 km away and can be easily reached on foot or by car. There are cafés and restaurants there, and children can play air hockey, rent pedal cars or get small surprises from vending machines in the atmosphere of a small village fair. Misdroy (Międzyzdroje) is 12 km away.
