"The staff really make this hotel — they’re fantastic! Always attentive, checking that everything is okay and asking if you need anything. The hotel is currently undergoing some improvements, but that didn’t spoil our stay at all. Our room was fantastic, everything was very clean, and we’ll definitely be back. "The hotel is in a good central location within easy walking distance of theatres, shops, restaurants and the marina. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming and the room was very spacious and clean."

"We were in Swansea for 1 day so it served its purpose. The staff were friendly and helpful. They have a small bar but the taps were not working. We were able to get an Uber into the city centre (about a 5-8 minute drive). There is plenty of free parking at the hotel. There is a McDonalds next door but that is about all you can walk to, its sort of an industrial area along the motorway. It was fine for our purpose (football match) but if I was staying longer Id likely get something closer to the city with more amenities."
