Hawthorne Hotel was warm and welcoming! We loved the atmosphere and strongly enjoyed all the amenities. We really enjoyed Sophie at the front desk for being a great person! We also enjoyed Matt the server who works The Tavern and Hawthorne restaurant! Excellent team members.

Everything was really good! The staff were super nice and helpful. The room and lobby was very nice and clean. The only things was the mini fridge was really small, I want to say half the size of a regular mini fridge. We were on the first floor, I am not sure if the fridge sizes changes depending ...

From start to finish had an amazing experience. Free shuttle from airport let us check in at 11am instead of 3pm. Staff was amazing. Great breakfast and then free shuttle back to airport long after we checked out that morning. Would most definitely stay here again and refer other to stay there.
