Modern Mountain Home in Glenwood Springs, CO

Gorgeous, modern, mountain home on the Roaring Fork River in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. 40 miles to Aspen, 60 miles to Vail and only 10 miles to our local mountain, Sunlight Ski Resort. With Gold Medal Waters right in our own backyard, our beautiful home is perfect for fly fishing & rafting. Like to bike ride? So do we. There’s a bike path directly from our backyard or the Rio Grande Bike trail, is a mile away and goes all the way to Aspen. Our home is divided between two living spaces. You will have the entire main floor suite (street level entry) to yourselves and it’s securely locked off from the downstairs owners suite. The large master bedroom has a king size bed, bedside tables, dresser drawers, a seating area and access to your own private outside deck with lounge chairs. The in-suite bathroom has a shower, 2 person jacuzzi tub and two sinks. You'll have private access to our chefs kitchen that has a Viking stovetop, All Clad cookware and plenty of dishes and serving pieces. The kitchen, dining room and living room have large glass windows with panoramic views of our gorgeous mountains. Our backyard has a million dollar view and faces the gorgeous red rock mountains. From the outside deck look south and see the majestic Mt Sopris mountain. At night, grab a blanket, your favorite beverage and sit on our deck and watch the stars. Need to get some work done? Use the desk in the guest bedroom. It's a quiet place to work with French doors that open up to a lovely seating area in the front courtyard. There is a propane BBQ grill on the deck. STR #23-018

This home was a beautiful tranquil space that met all of our expectations from walking in to a zen like space with soothing music playing & wonderful smelling candles & a beautiful welcome note. Lovely home!

When we arrived, it was wonderful to walk in to relaxing music, scented candles, and fresh flowers. It made for a lovely start to our anniversary weekend. It was a good home base for us while we rode our bikes around Glenwood, and our host helped find the bike trail. We enjoyed relaxing on the deck in the evening, listening to the river and enjoying the view. Oh, and the jetted tub was great on tired muscles! An all around pleasant stay.

WOW factor high!

What a beautiful home right above the Roaring Fork River. This home is very comfortable and well equipped. The view from the deck is absolutely stunning with the river and the red rock mountain across the way. Close to the Rio Grande Trail for bike riding and walking. Less than ten minutes to Glenwood Springs yet it feels more rural than that.

When we arrived we were amazed at how beautiful the home/property was. The owners had candles lit everywhere and relaxing music. I really felt like I arrived at a nice spa. Everything was clean and cozy. The owners were super sweet and communicative. Honestly, I felt like I was visiting family. Our Sage House Adventure

We stayed at this property a month and wish it could have been longer. The bed was so comfortable. We loved hanging out on the deck, and enjoyed all the activities around Glenwood Springs. We walked or hiked every day. Maroon Bells and Hanging Lake were exceptional, also the walks along Roaring Fork River. Christine and Alex were always available, but never intrusive. Beautiful Home

Beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood. Back deck view is of red rock mountains. The main floor is the rental, the owners live downstairs in a separate living area. We didn't see them the whole time. The home was very clean and well stocked with everything you might need for a nice stay. You will have to drive to attractions, shopping, and restaurants. It is about 10 minutes to downtown Glenwood Springs. I would definitely recommend for a couple if you're looking for a nice, relaxing environment.

BEYOND FABULOUS!

My new wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and overall we were beyond satisfied and this places exceeded our expectations. Our only issue is that we like staying at places with hot tubs. This place advertised that the jetted tub in the bathroom was both a hot tub and that it fit two people (after I asked where the hot tub was, because I didn't see pics of the hot tub). It did NOT fit two people...just sayin'. That being said i really feel I'm nit picking because this place had everything and then some. The really thought of everything and then some! READ THE BINDER, AND GO TO THE PLACES THEY RECOMMEND....THEY DID NOT DISAPPOINT AT ALL. I haven't ate that good in a very VERY long time!!! Christine (the owner), change the listing to exclude the hot tub, and you will earn a 10 star in my book! p.s. it took EVERYTHING in my not to open the dog door and give your puppies free range of the house. I LOVED your puppies, they are so sweet and loving. The were the cherry on top of the sprinkles, on top of the hot fudge, on top of my favorite ice cream. Those pups made it feel like home. I hope you will let us come back for our anniversary.
