This century old home 3 bedroom 2 bath home has been completely refurbished and has all the comforts of home! The main level features contemporary furnishings and decor with an open floor plan, a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area that seats 8.
The primary bedroom features a king bed and bunk room which are on the main level, with a shared bathroom. The upper level features a bedroom with a king bed, bathroom and a media room with a sleeper sofa for an additional sleeping option.
The large deck and outdoor seating areas are a great place to unwind at the end of an adventurous day. Play a round of bocce on the small private court, huddle around the fire pit to make s`mores during warmer months, take a short hike on the backyard trail or relax and enjoy the sunset and beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and town.

Guest may not block the fire escape at any time. S. The Homeowner does not permit gatherings at the Property. A disturbance caused by Guest or any person permitted on the Property during Guest`s stay which results in any police action or complaints from neighbors is considered sufficient cause for immediate termination of this Agreement with immediate eviction and forfeiture of all monies paid as permitted by law. T. No towels or linens shall be taken from the Property. A cleaning fee is automatically added and charged for each confirmed reservation. Guest is expected to leave the Property in a neat and orderly condition. An additional cleaning fee may apply if excessive cleaning or trash removal is required upon Guest`s departure. U. We really enjoyed the property. We played Bocce Ball, sat around the fire pit multiple nights, and saw big horn sheep casually walking past in the morning. It is on a nice quiet side street. We will stay again if we need a place in Glenwood Springs.
Beautiful home in a great location! It’s an easy walk to gondola to the adventure park and to the pedestrian bridge to downtown. Plenty of room for both couples to hang out but also have privacy. We lived our stay
Steps going upstairs were a bit challenging, but overall super comfortable!!! Would definitely book this place again and will definitely recommend to others.

The property was super cute and clean. It was perfect for my girls weekend, great location! We walked to downtown and to the Iron Mountain hot springs. The place had everything we needed!
We had a great time. It was a large space but still cozy. We enjoyed the location to everything as well as loved seeing big horn sheep stroll by outside the kitchen window. Beds are cozy, showers were warm, and would totally recommend!
Cute clean house on the north side of town. Quiet and secluded street with a short walk to Downtown and Iron Mountain Hot Springs. Wish we would have stayed longer.
We stayed 5 nights at this property and it was a lovely house and a great location for: hiking (hanging lake); rafting (walk 5 mins to a company that uses the Shoshone); glenwood adventure park is a 5 min walk; walk across the pedestrian bridge to glenwood town centre; walk to hot springs.
Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Linden Lodge. Close to so many different activities and restaurants. A lot within walking distance. Beautiful home and well equipped with everything you need. We would definitely come back and stay here again. Loved it.
The location of the house in Glenwood Springs was fantastic. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the kitchen table was great for both eating and playing games. There were books and toys, which was very nice. We didn’t realize that there wouldn’t be coffee provided and one bathroom didn’t have any shampoo or conditioner, and since we had flown in and were only staying two nights in this location, that was inconvenient. The stairs going to the upper level might be tricky for some. But overall we very much enjoyed our stay, and enjoyed watching the marmots and birds from the very nice deck.
We enjoyed our mini-vacay in this great house in Glenwood! Location was fabulous - we only drove to the ski resort, walked everywhere else. And the house was cute and comfortable. Our teens loved the crazy staircase and upstairs space. We'd stay again!It would be good to note in the description that the TV is upstairs since those stairs are not necessarily accessible to all...you'd have to see to understand. Wasn't an issue for us, but certainly could be for some, especially in winter when the outside stairs would be a less desirable option.
While our trip was short, we had a great time spending a weekend with family in Glenwood Springs. This property was clean and close to everything that we wanted to do. We walked to the Colorado Hotel and checked out their holiday displays and then walked downtown. Exploring The Caverns and soaking at Iron Mountain Hot Springs were fun adventures and were very close to the property. One of the highlights of the trip were the Bighorn Sheep that came down the mountain on the first morning we were there. They were right outside of the kitchen window in the morning and spent most of the day on the hillside.
Great location! Can walk to the hot springs and downtown. Had some wildlife visitors which the kids loved. Upstairs is great for separate space. My dad stayed up there and basically had his own apartment. House does get warm, but there were a couple fans to use. The stairs to go upstairs are narrow and steep, so if you have mobility issues, you'd want to plan to stay in the two bedrooms downstairs.
Owners have done a great job making use of all the space. Updated kitchen with everything you need to cook. Very clean bathrooms and bedrooms. Kids loved the separated bunk beds - great fort making opportunity. It could use a better hangout space with TV downstairs. Location is very close to Adventure Park and Iron Mountain Hot springs. Quick drive downtown.
We loved this home…very comfortable and good space for the whole family! The home was very clean and the kitchen is well equipped for having family dinners. The location is great with town being a quick walk and the ski resorts are an easy drive! We would definitely book this property again in the future.
