Downtown Rustic Luxury Garden Suite

Peaceful and historic charm right downtown, within walking distance to the best that Glenwood Springs has to offer. Our B&B is a 1909 Victorian home, which has been lovingly restored with a rich, warm ambiance and tasteful decor. Its convenient downtown location makes it your perfect choice when visiting our charming and historic town. We look forward to welcoming you to your "home away from home" in the heart of the Colorado Rocky Mountains. Full breakfast included from May- September.

Comfortable Queen bed with cozy gas fireplace. Complimentary Wi-Fi, rustic contemporary bathroom with jacuzzi tub and heated tile floors. Internet-ready smart flatscreen TV with Blu-Ray DVD (bring your own movies, stream one from the internet, or check one out at Redbox to watch in your room), and cable TV. Mini-fridge & microwave. Bottled water & Sparkling soda stocked in fridge.

You will have access to your own gorgeous and private suite. You are welcome to come into the dining room where we have complimentary coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Breakfast is served at 9 am in the Dining Room.

IMPORTANT: Due to limited staff there will no longer be a full breakfast provided on Saturday mornings. There will only be a yogurt parfait and baked good. Full Gourmet breakfast provided from May-September, excluding Saturday’s.

Floradora House is located just a few short blocks from downtown Glenwood Springs, Colorado. Enjoy restaurants, shopping, trails and hot springs just a short walk from the house. Located on a quiet, tree lined street the Floradora House is a beautiful mountain oasis yet offers all the convenience of being close to town. Why not leave your car at home and arrive by train (Amtrak). We are located just 3 blocks from the train station.

Floradora House is located in downtown Glenwood Springs and is walking distance to restaurants, shops, trails and both hot springs.

IMPORTANT: Due to limited staff there will no longer be a full breakfast provided on Saturday mornings. There will only be a yogurt parfait and baked good.

Your stay includes a complimentary continental breakfast when visiting from October 1 to April 30. If you would like to upgrade to a full, cooked breakfast please contact host to check availability. Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions. Breakfast is served at 9 am in the dining room.

If you are staying with us from May 1 to September 30th a full, cooked breakfast is included with your room rate. Again please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions.

The stay was quaint in a great neighborhood. The communication with the host was fluid and prompt. Although there were other guests, we welcomed our privacy and sense of seclusion. We were walking distance from downtown and the hot springs. I highly recommend these accommodations!

The owners were very nice and the breakfast was delicious. Fresh cream in the eating area refrigerator. The welcome cookies in the room, plus complimentary waters and sodas were great. Convenient to walk to everything. The St Stephens daily 7:30am mass was a great exercise to walk to and filled with joy and hope.

Check in was easy. The room was clean. The bed was okay, sloped towards the middle. The shower is very powerful and hard to adjust so just be forewarned. The fireplace wasn't operational while we were there but I didn't bother to check with the host since we were there for just one night. Cute house, great location, quiet. It was raining during the stay so we weren't able to enjoy the patio but it looked nice. We appreciated that they stocked the fridge with Cokes, yogurt, etc. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return.

The stay offered a fantastic location, surrounded by beautiful flowers, butterflies, and birds, all just a few minutes from the heart of Glenwood Springs. I thoroughly enjoyed the amazing gourmet breakfasts and found the hosts to be wonderfully polite. The historic home itself is truly gorgeous, boasting incredible architecture and a rich sense of history.The only consideration for future guests would be the furnishings and rugs in the garden suite. While I appreciate the historic character of the home, some of the furniture and rugs felt quite old and outdated, impacting the overall comfort and making the suite feel less fresh than it could. Updating these specific elements would significantly enhance the comfort level, allowing the home's beautiful historic charm to shine.
