This beautifully restored two story Victorian home is located within the heart of downtown, steps from excellent restaurants, unique shops, the historic train station, the Hot Springs Pool, the Rio Grande Bike Trail and numerous other biking and hiking trails.

This historical home, built in 1908, features 4 bedrooms plus a loft and 2.5 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 10 people. The main level features high ceilings, beautiful woodwork and light fixtures and a gas fireplace, ideal for evenings spent playing games or relaxing after an adventurous day of exploring our quaint town!
The updated kitchen is well equipped with anything you may need and there is seating for 9 in the dining room and breakfast bar area. In warmer months, enjoy relaxing or dining on the deck, within the nicely landscaped fenced in yard, perfect for your furry family member.
On the main level, the primary bedroom, or the Sunflower Suite, is bright with beautiful stained glass windows, colorful artwork, vaulted ceilings and a queen bed and an en suite bathroom. French doors open onto a private patio. The second bedroom on the lower level is a delightful room with a crystal chandelier and a single bed.
The stairwell leading to the upper level opens up to the Honey Pot Loft, a winnie the pooh themed room with a low double bed, rocking chair and toys. There is no door on this loft room. This cozy space is great for kids! There are also two comfortably furnished bedrooms, both featuring European antiques, one with a small en suite bathroom.
IMPORTANT TO NOTE THIS IS A NON SMOKING PROPERTY. The use of tobacco, cannabis or vapor devices is strictly prohibited. Disregarding this Rule may result in a fine.

Guest may not block the fire escape at any time. S. The Homeowner does not permit gatherings at the Property. A disturbance caused by Guest or any person permitted on the Property during Guest`s stay which results in any police action or complaints from neighbors is considered sufficient cause for immediate termination of this Agreement with immediate eviction and forfeiture of all monies paid as permitted by law. T. No towels or linens shall be taken from the Property. A cleaning fee is automatically added and charged for each confirmed reservation. Lovely little house two blocks off the main street in Glenwood Springs. Many amenities provided with clear instructions and guides conveniently placed.
Beautiful home within walking distance of shops, restaurants, train station, and most importantly the hot springs! We loved our time in this special home.
The house was beautiful and the location was very convenient. The only issue was that there was some trash in the house when we arrived, along with a dirty dish and an unflushed toilet
All processes were smooth and everything exactly as promoted. location was great, easy to find, had all the things we needed, and more. Owner/manager answered a couple of questions before hand promptly. Absolutely will stay here again.
This home is in a perfect location to easily walk to restaurants, coffee shops, or the hot springs. Has a lovely living room and a den/office that is separate if someone in your party needs a little quiet spot. Lots of games as well.
This house was roomy and cozy. Location was great. Within walking distance of everything we planned to do. It was especially beautiful in the fall. Very happy we chose to stay here!
We had a great stay with our extended family. The house is clean, comfortable and the patio is a perfect place to relax.. The location was so convenient, we were easily able to walk to town, the hot springs and the train station. Highly recommend
This was a lovely place for my daughter's bachelorette weekend. It's close to restaurants and hot springs. The moms were able to sleep downstairs while the 'girls' were upstairs.
8 longtime friends had a blast here! Ample seating to socialize, and walking distance to restaurants and the hot springs. Comfy beds, and plenty of blankets. Kitchen was well stocked with pans, coffee maker, and microwave.Would definitely recommend!
The house was perfect for my family of 5 adults and 3 children with various sleeping arrangements. The kitchen was well stocked and the den had many family games to choose from. The location was perfect as we were able to walk to restaurants and stores without having to pile everyone in cars and navigate parking! This was a gem in Glenwood Springs!
We had a wonderful stay at this Victorian gem in Glenwood Springs. You can walk pretty much everywhere which is fantastic. The home is in great condition and the game stash is stupendous! Our kids had a great time sifting through all the options.

Walking distance to hot springs and restaurants. Short drive to skiing with no lift lines at Sunlight. Kitchen was well stocked & we even used the grill out on the deck under the string lights. Nice fenced in yard to be able to let the dogs out. Loved the history of the house & the crystals placed around the home. Perfect weekend away.
