"The location is ideal for visiting CWRU. Everything is within walking distance. That’s its best quality! Otherwise, it seems an expensive option for few amenities. The outside and common rooms are charming, but the rooms are basic. No gym or restaurant; standard breakfast buffet you’d find in a less expensive hotel. The staff is very nice - especially housekeeping! I’ve never had a bad time here, just slightly underwhelming for the price. "

"The bathroom was not clean the walls had stuff all over them especially under the sink and by the toilet. The soap holders and shower drain had black goo in them. The window shade was broke half hanging"

"This is my second stay at this property. At a glance, the room is clean. Each stay, I have noticed hair in the shower, on the walls and the floor, as well as pink mold in the corners of the shower. The bathroom vanity isn’t clean either. Of the four nights on the property, my room was not touched twice. The first time, I chocked up to an oversight but mentioned it the next morning at the front desk, only to get back to the room the second evening to an uncleared room, full trash vans, and no clean towels. Twice is not acceptable. I will be returning to Cleveland next month. Not sure I’ll be staying here again. "

"We stayed here with a large group and really appreciated how spacious the home was. It worked well for a mix of ages and needs, with plenty of room to sleep, relax, and spend time together. Plenty of entertainment was already provided. The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of extra pillows and bedding, and the house was well-stocked with utensils and paper towels. Overall, the space itself was great for a group our size. However, cleanliness was a concern. The floors were quite dirty (our feet turned black), there was popcorn left in one of the beds, and we noticed dust and debris under furniture. It didn’t feel like the home had been thoroughly cleaned before we arrived. I brought this up with host and it sounds like it will be looked into, hopefully that won't be an issue for anyone else. We also ran into a few maintenance and supply issues. One bathroom was out of shampoo, and there wasn't enough toilet paper. We contacted the host and more supplies were dropped off in time, which we appreciated. The location was good, and with better cleaning and attention to a few details, this could be a great stay for large groups! We had a fantastic time and would consider staying again. Thank you!"
