"We were never able to check in. We arrived at the motel at 6:30pm. No one was available to check us in. There was a sign posted outside the office saying that check in was only from 3 to 4pm. We lost the money we had paid for the room, and had to find another hotel to stay in. A drug addict who was staying in one of the rooms was wandering around in the parking lot. He scared my wife."

"The room was perfect for my birthday weekend my husband planned for me on our business trip turned celebration from Florida. The thoughtfulness and detail of the birthday gestures was so well executed. Kudos to the amazing staff. From being greeted at the door, bellhop service, and the wonderful hospitality team.
