"Long queue for check in, room was modern and nice however there was food left in the fridge from the previous guest and a used Elastoplast in the bin with old room cards. The communal areas also had rubbish on carpets for our entire stay. Nice toiletries. The breakfast was excellent and the staff in the restaurant were welcoming, friendly and professional. We stayed as visiting the State Farm Arena which is a 20 minute walk away."

"If you need a cheap place to lay down and dont care then this is the place for you. The sheets were stained on one of the beds and the door while it locked did not close flush. The vending machine had bars on it and it says $1.50 but dont expect your change. This place served its purpose but I do not plan to come back. "

"The Expedia description is far from accurate. The only great thing about this property is how clean the room was upon my arrival. There is no snack bar. There are no amenities in the room. There is no daily housekeeping. No in room coffee makers. No coffee on the property! They require you to turn in your ID to get the iron (they waved that for me). If you need more towels, you have to exchange your used ones, and you have to go to the laundry department to obtain. I asked about microwave in the room, I was told I didn't book that room. Yet in Expedia it's available upon request. Housekeeping is also daily per Expedia and I was told it was weekly when I requested room to cleaned, they never sent anyone to clean. The guy who worked the front desk was very rude. He lacks customer service. Overall, I have no plans to stay at this motel again. Back to Marriott!"

"Lobby and common areas like bug spray or some kind of pest treatment. Front desk lady was super nice and helpful. She’s the only staff member. There’s a guy that sits in the lobby closest to the desk everyday but it’s not clear if he works here or if he’s a resident. The apartment was impeccably clean. It’s jarring going from the smelly dark hallways into the apartment. Parking is pricey and I saw people camped out/possibly living in the garage on two occasions. The neighborhood is mixed- crackheads, college students, yoga girlies, crazies - but there weren’t any issues. This hotel doesn’t give room keys. Instead they text you a link that opens in a browser that you use to open all doors. It is a literal nightmare, WiFi/signal issues regularly cause it not to work, doesn’t load when you’re in the elevator but you can’t use the elevator without it. There was an attempt here to make an upscale Hilton-quality facility, it failed miserably. "

"The room was spacious. Our room smelled like someone had smoked in it previously. The breakfast was ok, pretty minimal in offerings. The common restroom from the lobby was without soap in the dispenser. Overall it was a good stay, just need to clean up the little things."
