Makoshika State Park ("ma-KO-sh(ih)kuh" from the Lakota Maco sica, meaning 'bad land' or 'land of bad spirits') is the largest of Montana's state parks at more than 11,000 acres. It is located east of Glendive.
Never ha e I ever seen mountains as unique as these. May be called the Badlands but in my view it is the Bestland

For an inexpensive place to stay, this is hard to beat. Friendly staff, clean rooms, pretty comfortable bed and a breakfast better than you’d expect. I’ve stayed here a couple times for work and will continue to do so

The bed was comfortable, and the room did have a microwave, fridge, hair dryer, and an iron. I did think it could’ve been a little cleaner in the corners, but overall I was comfortable. I didn’t partake of the free breakfast, so I can’t comment on that.
