"What happened to the complimentary bottle of water at check in? I arrived after sunset, and when I got to the room, it was dark. After turning on the only 3 lights which were along the same wall, it made the rest of the room very dark."

"Overall we were grateful for the space. We did not have a lot of options in glendive for the size of our family. Unfortunately, we did have a few things that the host should consider: no extra toilet paper- pinching broken toilet seat-no sheets for the pull out bed-dirty pans in the cabinets-but most of all cat hair in every bed. We moved some family members to a different house because they are allergic to cats. This should be disclosed on the rental agreement. All of that being said, we would consider this property again depending on who is in our traveling party, because not all can stay there-cat allergy. "
